How does FiSBO work?
FiSBO gives property owners the tools, marketing and support to manage a private sale without a commission-based selling agent.
You start by sharing information about your property and sale goals. FiSBO helps you choose a service plan, prepare your listing and launch a campaign.
Your campaign can include listing presentation, buyer enquiries, viewings, offers and a secure record of the sale process. You remain the decision-maker and communicate with buyers, while FiSBO provides platform tools and general process support.
When an offer is accepted, the parties' solicitors handle the formal sale and purchase agreement and legal completion. FiSBO is a private-sale platform and is not a real estate agency.
