What do buyers need to know before using FiSBO?

You can browse active listings without an account. An account may be needed to save properties, submit certain forms or make an offer. Check the listing instructions for the available actions.
Do your own checks, arrange finance and obtain legal advice before committing. Ask questions about the property and include suitable conditions in an offer where your solicitor recommends them.
FiSBO helps connect buyers and sellers but is not the buyer's agent, valuer, lender or solicitor. You remain responsible for your purchase decisions.
