How do I make an offer on a FiSBO property?
Sign in, open the offer flow for the property, provide the price, timing, conditions and solicitor details, then review before submitting.
From your buyer account, open My Offers or the listing's offer action and select the property. Enter the amount in New Zealand dollars, preferred settlement date, requested conditions and your solicitor's contact details.
Review every field before submitting. Consider finance, inspection, LIM and solicitor approval conditions with your solicitor rather than removing protection simply to make an offer look stronger.
After submission, monitor your account and email for updates. You may be able to edit an offer before acceptance, but significant changes should be discussed with your solicitor.
