For Internet Sale By Owner or FiSBO® was created by Ben Keehan a former Harcourts and First National real estate sale person to bridge the gap between real estate agents and a traditional private sale. With Ben's technology and marketing background he has built NZ's only hybrid platform with marketing to the point of inducement then automation to help the owner sell.
FiSBO® is like having your own real estate company on team to help you sell. We do the marketing (front end), photo's, script, True VR tour, TradeMe, Social Media, Signage , print brochures and host the Sunday Openhomes. The web app helps you to vet the buyers with automation and your solicitor drafts the agreement to keep you legally safe.
Ben has dedicated the last 5 years building a platform that is a true disruptor to the traditional model with automation, full service and pre paid campaigns to make real estate a better experience and more affordable for everyone. We like to call our process a "Hybrid" because it is a mix of all real estate sales processes. Campaigns will start with a price, "Expressions of interest from $$$" so buyers know if it is in their budget. As soon as an offer (we call them Bids) is made all bids are displayed in the listing like an Auction and buyers can out bid each other. But unlike a traditional Auction bids in FiSBO® can include conditions (like a tender) which means more buyers can be included.
You can also negotiate with any party like in a Tender and when you are satisfied, on your approval the system will send all data to your solicitor to do draft the agreement and keep you legally safe.
