Learn how to buy a FiSBO® property.

Buying a property with FiSBO® essentially follows the same process as real estate agent, with a few exceptions:

1. The expression of interest is done via an online web app where you can make your bid under your own volition, with or without conditions, such as finance, builders report or LiM report or any other special clause you wish to add. You can give the seller your back story so they understand your reason to buy.
2. Once your bid is made the system will call interest and if there are multiple bids you can see the $$ value of any bid in the public listing. Any conditions are private to you and the seller.
3. You can outbid any other bidder if you wish or change your conditions.
4. The seller can negotiate with any party of their choosing and will when satisfied choose one party to sell to.
5. On acceptance the bid and buyers pre-negotiated details are sent to each parties solicitors who will draft the agreement on they have verified your instructions to purchase.
6. As the process is happening in real time, and direct to the seller no third party can get in the way of negotiations or influence any human bias. This provides transpearancy that buyer like.
