When a buyer's information is submitted, FiSBO®'s automation starts with a series of emails being sent to each buyer with instructions on how to login, use the system, send messages and then make bids. All automated, making it easy for you.
If a BiD is made on your property, FiSBO® automatically sends a txt message to all buyers that have been to your property "Calling Interest" and asking them to do the same. They will also be able to see any other BiD in the public listing on FiSBO®.
Email notifications are sent out when you need to take action.
Manual overides like offering buyer inducements can be actioned by you at any stage to stimulate competition.
When any BiD is made, buyers can see the $$$ value of all or any BiD in the FiSBO listing.
Unlike other platforms FiSBO's hybrid process allows for transparency of the number of BiD's made but also allows for a conditional buyer and a cash buyer to BiD at the same time, all buyers are in the same pot.
The seller/owner/vendor has the right to negotiate with any party, and can reject any BiD before approval is given to the winner. Buyers are winning the right to purchase the property.
A buyer can change their BiD price or conditions at anytime.
When the seller "Approves" a BiD, the detail is sent to the solicitors to draft the agreement and keep both parties legally safe. Only one contract is needed, saving everyone time and money.
