How are buyer details handled?
Buyers provide contact information to communicate with sellers and FiSBO, and should read the privacy information that applies to the service.
An enquiry, viewing request, wishlist or offer may include your name, email, phone number and message so the seller can respond. Offer workflows can also include solicitor details and purchase information.
Use the platform for the intended transaction or enquiry and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. Read FiSBO's privacy policy for information about collection, use and rights.
A buyer wishlist is described in the manual as private to FiSBO campaign staff and sellers of matched properties, but you should still check the current privacy terms.
