How do buyer enquiries work?
Buyers can use the listing enquiry tools to ask questions or request a viewing, and sellers can manage the conversation in FiSBO.
A buyer opens a listing and uses the Enquire or contact option to send their name, contact details and message. Depending on the listing, they may select a viewing request or another enquiry type.
The seller receives the enquiry and can reply through the FiSBO messaging workflow. Keeping the conversation in the platform helps preserve the history and makes follow-up easier.
Read each question carefully and answer with information you can support. If a question concerns title, building condition, finance or legal rights, direct the buyer to their own qualified adviser where appropriate.
