enquiries-and-viewings

How do private viewings work?

If enabled by the seller, a buyer can request or select an available viewing time from the listing.

Some listings provide a self-booking calendar. A buyer selects an available date and time, enters the requested contact information and receives a confirmation.

The seller receives the booking and should keep the calendar accurate. If self-booking is not enabled, buyers can contact the seller through the enquiry form to arrange a time.

Viewing arrangements are practical appointments, not an indication that a seller will accept an offer. Buyers should inspect the property and ask questions before deciding what to do next.
