What is FiSBO not responsible for?

FiSBO does not replace the seller's decisions, a buyer's due diligence, a solicitor's legal work, a valuer's opinion or a lender's approval.

FiSBO provides a platform, marketing and general process support. It does not act as a licensed selling agent, give legal or financial advice, value a property, approve finance, inspect a building or guarantee a transaction.

Sellers and buyers must check information, obtain advice appropriate to their situation and make their own decisions. A campaign assistant can explain FiSBO's workflow but cannot take responsibility for another professional's role.

If you are unsure who should answer a question, ask FiSBO support to direct you to the relevant part of the process and speak with your own qualified adviser.
